The Solution:

Phase 1: Prototyping

• It was important to design a user-centric brand look that recalled the brands and products displayed on the website along with a responsive, user-friendly website.
• The first step we took was to gather requirements from the client and research demographics, competitors, brand position & how the industry operates.
• In accordance with that, our strategy team developed the high-level sitemap and navigation for the website.
• In response to the analysis, we've begun creating wireframes for the website's information architecture (structure).

Phase 2: Style Concept

• We began with mockups designed by our designer taking into account the brand guidelines, design taste & messaging of the client.
• Using Figma, our designers created mockups in accordance with the brand guidelines for different pages. A total of 140 versions of the pages were created, 4 versions for each page.
• Several key elements have been defined and their placement on important pages have been optimised to improve user experience.

Phase 3: Development

• To make it possible for the React JS website to perform the functions you require, our developers have begun integrating your designed pages into it.
• By implementing specialised functions and APIs in accordance with the required specifications, we have established bespoke CMS and dynamic features.
• Standard practices and recommendations were incorporated with the integration of Leadsquared API and stock APIs.

Phase 4: Testing and Deployment:

• After the website was planned and developed, our quality team thoroughly tested it to ensure that it was suitable for launch. We have tested various things, including functionality, usability, compatibility, performance, etc.
• We kept the website operating well with speedy loading times and caching features, and we also made sure it adhered to the fundamental core web vitals requirements.
• We integrated the tracking codes to gather data for marketing activities before deploying on the live server. tracking scripts such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, Hotjar, Google Search Console, etc.
• Once the website has received the quality assurance team's seal of approval, it is deployed to the server in a code-compatible environment.
• Once the website was online, our quality team tested it once again to make sure everything was functioning properly.

Phase 5: Post Launch support:
