The Solution:

Phase 1: Prototyping

• The purpose of the website redesign was to create a user-centric brand look along with a responsive, user-friendly website that reflected the brands and products displayed on the site.
• Initiating the requirement-gathering process with the client and researching demographics was our first step.
• On a basis of that our strategy team has created the high-level sitemap and navigation of the web pages.
• As a result of the analysis, we have begun creating information architecture (wireframes) to show how the website will be structured.

Phase 2: Style Concept

• Our next step was to design mockups of the web pages which would represent their products & band digitally, which is the main phase of the project.
• Our designer studied the client’s brand guidelines, design taste & messaging, to begin with, mockup designing.
• Our team designed mockups for different pages using the premium designing tool in accordance with their brand guidelines.
• We have defined some of the key elements & their placement on the important pages which improve user experience in better ways.

Phase 3: Development

• A responsive, custom functional website was developed by Jetup33. The WordPress development team at our company specializes in custom development.
• Our development team has begun integrating the designed pages into the WordPress CMS and setting up the website to perform the functions you require.
• A development standard has been maintained, and W3C validations have been carried out by our team.
• We have created custom e-commerce features by developing custom plugins as per the specific requirements.
• Payment gateway & shipping gateway APIs were integrated with standard procedures & guidelines.

Phase 4: Testing and Deployment:

• Our quality team has tested the website in-depth after it has been designed and developed, in order to make sure it is ready for launch. Among the tests we have performed are functionality tests, usability tests, compatibility tests, performance tests, etc.
• Our in-house quality assurance team performed mobile compatibility, browser friendliness & order process with payment process tests with some online testing tools & actual devices.
• We maintained the performance of the website with quick loading speed & caching functionalities and also, make sure the website meets the core web vitals.
• Before deploying on the production server we had integrated the tracking codes to gather insights for marketing activities. Tracking codes like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, Hotjar, Google Search Console, etc.
• The website is deployed to the server with a code-compatible environment after it has been approved by the quality assurance team.
• Once the website goes live, again our quality team performed the tests to ensure everything is working fine.

Phase 5: Post Launch support:

• We were managing the whole website from content generation to SEO results.
• Based on the analytics insights, The team improved website performance by optimizing the code and performing regular maintenance.
